Seems like everyone is combing the stores right now for that really special holiday outfit. On Friday (December 7) from 7 to 10 p.m., the Velvet Room Boutique (2248 West 41st Avenue) showcases one-of-a-kind clothing by Jason Matlo, Jolie Couture, and Ropena Creations (among the 35 Canadian labels on the racks here), as well as its own studio line.
