But never mind, he’ll still be toting wild watercress, bok choy, and root crops to the Winter Farmers Market taking place this Saturday (February 23) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the WISE Hall (1882 Adanac Street). Other finds for your shopping bag: grass-fed beef and pork from Pasture to Plate; baked goods galore; and berries—okay, they’re frozen—from Forstbauer Family Farm to whet your taste buds for summer.
