Remember layered socks and high-top Reeboks? If it wasn’t for the modern styling of this playful piece, you could almost mistake it for vintage. The dropped waist adds a touch of elegance, and the soft, silky texture spiffs it up a notch. Wear it with black tights and scrunchy boots, or try it with fishnets and patent flats.
