Pit your sporting wits against Alan Thicke when CBC next Tests the Nation

By Jeff Paterson

So you think you know your sports? Here's your chance to see how you stack up against the rest of the country—and Alan Thicke.

On May 25, CBC will return with the latest in its Test the Nation series, this time focussing on sports. Cohosted by Hockey Night in Canada's Ron McLean, the two-hour show will present 50 sports-related trivia questions to a studio audience of athletes, former athletes, sportscasters, and actors including Alan Thicke. (Is he still an actor? Has anybody seen him in anything in the past 15 years?)

Viewers will have a chance to answer those same 50 questions from the comfort of their living room couches to see just how much they really know.

As an added bonus, Don Cherry will make a special appearance to ask one of the questions. Don Cherry and Alan Thicke on the same broadcast—Canadian entertainment at its finest.
