Redneck arguments against homosexuality: "It ain't normal"

When I first saw this country video, I thought it was a parody or a tongue-in-cheek joke. It was surprising to find out it was real. But I guess it's always that way whenever you hear shockingly ignorant views.

It's by Lewis and Lewis.

Imagine what generations will think of these types of views looking back in the same way we look back at old attitudes and are shocked by them.

The sad thing is, there'll always be some who continue to think the same way in the future.

Luckily, they're in ever-shrinking numbers.

Since that menopausal old cow can't pro-create either she should be "put out to pasture".

Personally, I find this video to be hilarious and accurate.

Not everyone shares the opinion that homosexual behaviour is normal and that is not because we are all ignorant rednecks. I have not heard any convincing arguments from gay rights activists and/or the liberal media which have changed my view that homosexuality is abnormal. In my opinion, it's mostly emotionally charged rhetoric without a solid foundation based on logic. It's difficult to challenge ones own common sense.

The line about going to the barn and not seeing male roosters arm-in-arm is ignorant as homosexuality among animals is well documented among 1,500 species. There was even an exhibition in Oslo about it.

Also, although animal male homosexual couples cannot procreate, they have also demonstrated nurturing instincts, such as adopting orphaned animals, and male couples rearing abandoned eggs.

I guess it also depends on what is defined as "normal" and "abnormal".

If the argument is that homosexuality is a choice, then I suggest talking to gay men. Although there are some men for who engage in gay sexual activity and it may be a choice, there are a large number for whom it is not.

Certainly no one would choose to undergo the discrimination and difficulties that come with being recognized as gay.

Studies are currently underway to determine if there is a genetic basis to being gay. The initials results have been debated but there will be more conclusive results later this year.
