Beauty hits for a fabulous fall

Mane attraction
You had fun in the sun, but your hair didn’t love it quite so much. What to do for your dry and lustreless locks? NYC mane maestros Bumble and Bumble use tropical butters to pump up their newest hair hydrator, Creme de Coco Masque ($32.25). And the coconut scent takes you back to the beach—well, almost. The experts at BeautyMark are keeners for the company’s latest styling spray, Spray de Mode ($32.75), too. (At BeautyMark, 1120 Hamilton Street)

Colour surge
The colours of fall are rich, deep, and ultra-sexy. How to grab the look? For lids, get your gild on with Stila’s lusciously golden cult fave, Kitten eyeshadow, now available in a tube with an eminently wieldable sponge-tip wand (Silk eye shadow wash, $25.50). Turn your pout plump and oh-so-plummy with Fusion Beauty’s long-lasting LipFusion Plump + Replump Liquid Lipstick ($41) in shiny Starlet. Just licking your lips or even talking to that guy at the bar will get the peptides pumping. Luckily, Essie’s autumn collection has just the velvety vintage burgundy shade, Lacy Not Racy ($11), to get your nails wickedly in on the act. We disagree with the “not racy” bit. (All at Kiss & Makeup, 925 Main Street, Park Royal)

About face
Kripps Pharmacy was a landmark on Granville Mall for as long as we can remember. But just because the over-60-year-old supplier of its own natural vitamins and nutritional supplements has decamped to Kerrisdale doesn’t mean the company isn’t still creating innovative skin-care products with the latest in anti-aging ingredients. A powerful combo to smooth over threatening spots, sags, and lines? Copper Peptide Serum for Aging Skin (15 millilitres, $20; 50 millilitres, $50); Silk Instant Radiance Serum, with key ingredients hyaluronic acid, DMAE, alpha-lipoic acid, and lactic acid (15 millilitres, $20; 50 millilitres, $50; 135 millilitres, $100); and K-Derma Hydrating Cream, with Matrixyl 3000, collagen, hyaluronic acid, and L-carnosine (15 millilitres, $35; 50 millilitres, $75; 100 millilitres, $135), gang up on them all.
