Prop 8 protests erupt across States (and Canada)

Gays, lesbians, bisexuals, and allies took streets en masse in cities across America, and parts of Canada, to fight for equal rights today.

The protests were against Prop 8, which has banned gay marriages, and reversed the same-sex marriages that were recently permitted in California.

The blog on Seattle's alternative weekly The Stranger (where Dan Savage of Savage Love works as editorial director), The Slog, had two pages full of posts of photos from protests in cities such as Pittsburgh, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, and even right here in Vancouver.
