Rocket man flies over canyon, puts Boba Fett to shame

Demonstrating the latest advancements in jet-pack technology, a stuntman for Jet Pack International has flown 1,500 feet across a canyon in Colorado.

The flight earlier this week took 21 seconds to complete, and flight speeds topped out at 120 kilometres per hour.

The jet pack is powered by hydrogen peroxide.

Perhaps the most amazing aspect of the stunt is the how seamless the take-off and landing appears to be.

With a simple tilt of his back and a press of the triggers, the stuntman takes off, and after making it across the canyon simply eases himself to the ground.

Next Halloween’s Boba Fett costume never looked so appealing.
