VIFF 2009: Dragons and Tigers Award for Young Cinema photos

The media was out in full force last night (October 8) at the Dragons and Tigers Award presentation at the Granville 7 cinema.

The presentation was made just prior to the screening of the Japanese film Toad's Oil.
