Shock rockers Rob Zombie and Alice Cooper play Vancouver on their Gruesome Twosome Tour
According to the Live Nation website, American shock rockers Rob Zombie and Alice Cooper will perform at the Pacific Coliseum on Saturday, May 1.
It should be a concert made in heaven for fans of hard rock and horror, as both singers are famous for their love of the macabre and the downright nasty. Both are also noted for putting on hugely entertaining, highly theatrical shows.
The last time Cooper played here was a doubleheader Sept. 18-19, 2008, at the Centre in Vancouver for Performing Arts, and what a performance it was! Zombie's last Vancouver gig was August 3, 2006, at the Pacific Coliseum, with Anthrax opening up.
According to the website, tickets will go on sale this Friday (February 26) at 10 a.m.
