Twenty-three athletes from British Columbia are set to compete in the 2010 Paralympic Winter Games in Vancouver.

These athletes, who were born or live in the province, represent 42 percent of the Canadian Paralympic Team's 55 members.

Over 1,350 athletes and officials from more than 40 countries will participate in 64 events in five sports at the Winter Paralympics between March 12 and 21.
