$300,000/month in rent to take over (bailout) the Lululemon lease at Broadway & Cambie and move the engineering department in there while City Hall is mostly vacant? SURE!

The fascistification of society has many elements, including the militarisation of police. This means the police are transformed from peace officers upholding the law and maintaining the peace in society into soldiers in a war between the government (and the corporations who control the government), and the people. The progressive transformation of global society into a unified police state is the primary issue of our times, and must be firmly addressed by the awakened populace if we are to salvage democracy from its present ruins.
