The chance to try haggis won tons, haggis siu mai, and other hybrid Scottish-Chinese creations comes but once a year. The 14th annual Gung Haggis Fat Choy dinner—a celebration of Robbie Burns Day and Chinese New Year—takes place Sunday (January 30) at Floata Seafood Restaurant (400–180 Keefer Street). Expect singing, bagpiping, and poetry reading along with a 10-course Chinese banquet. Founder Todd Wong will lead the festivities, and actor Patrick Gallagher, who played Coach Tanaka on Glee, will cohost.
