Executive chef Marc-André Choquette brings his signature touch to a unique menu that features classic dishes like BBQ baby back ribs and steak and eggs. If you’re looking for something that’s a little more refined, the Vancouver chef’s menu also features oysters Rockefeller and croque madame.
