Summer Live: More brilliant gingers

Neko Case said we'll "probably be sick of her by the end of the night." This at the end of a solid set from the Emily Carr grad and all round genius, and about 20 minutes before she was due to hit the stage again with the New Pornographers.

Can't imagine she's right about that.

Interestingly, like Hannah Georgas before her, Case appeared beneath an impressive explosion of barely kempt red-verging-on-purple hair.

The set was outstanding, with local boy Paul Rigby in predictably awe-inspiring form on guitar (for a brunette).
