Free movies still abound in North Vancouver

This summer, the local cinema news was all about free movies. Even though summer is now officially over (thank you very much, Fall Equinox), there are still a few free movies to be had.

The North Vancouver District Public Library’s Family Film Night Series screens family-friendly, animated, feature-length movies. Each movie runs from approximately 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, takes place at Lynn Valley Main Library’s community meeting room, and is free, free, free.

Movies on deck include Gnomeo & Juliet (October 4), Despicable Me (October 18), Toy Story 3 (November 1), Cars 2 (November 15), and Winnie the Pooh (November 29).

Although the movies are free, registration is required. For all the deets, check out the North Vancouver District Public Library’s website.
