The stars of "the sickest movies of all time" will return in The Human Centipede 3 (Final Sequence)
They've been called "the sickest movies of all time" by outraged critics--and, proudly, by director Tom Six--but the controversial Human Centipede films will scurry into theatres one last time.
And they'll bring their unfathomably depraved villains with them.
Fangoria.com reported yesterday that both Dieter Laser (the mad doctor in 2009's The Human Centipede: First Sequence) and Laurence R. Harvey (the obsessed fan of last year's The Human Centipede II: Full Sequence) will appear in the lead roles in The Human Centipede 3 (Final Sequence).
"Writer-director Tom Six himself will play a supporting role in the film," producer Ilona Six is quoted as saying. "Principal photography will be in May and June in the Southern states of the U.S., and the film will be released in 2013. This will be the last film of the Human Centipede trilogy [and] will be 100 percent politically incorrect.”
To be honest, I haven't seen either of the HC films yet. Call me a pussy, but the idea of movies about people who are captured and then stitched together, mouth to rectum, doesn't do much for me.
Then again, I must admit that the ultra-demented vibe that Harvey brings to sicko Martin in the HC II trailer makes taking the plunge a tad tempting.

I'm not even kidding. It really is a true modern work of (film) art. There's only one gory scene, and it's not even on par with the likes of the Hostel or Saw movies as far as gross goes. It is a very disturbing movie, no doubt, but it is all about one man's "outside the box" thinking and drive to perform something radical and (in his eyes) beautiful in his chosen field, which happens to be surgery. Steve Newton, and everyone that appreciates film as artwork, you should seriously check it out. Again, it is very disturbing, but it's totally worth it.
