Unbelievable. That's all I could say after hearing that St. Kitts and Nevis sprinter Kim Collins was kicked out of the 100-metre competition for leaving the athletes village to spend time with his wife, who happens to coach him.

Collins revealed this in a posting on Facebook: "Hours before my 5th 100m olympic race, i now find out i cant run,all because i was in a hotel with my wife/coach. S.K.N.O.C REALLY? Are you freakig kiddin me!!!!!!!!"

He's appeared in nine world championships, won five medals, and is a three-time NCAA champion.

He has been blazing away on Twitter, at one point mentioning that even guys in prison get to spend time with their wives.

This whole Olympic supposedly security thing is getting completely out of hand. The athletes are treated like trained seals in the circus. As a matter of fact, the whole thing is a circus, designed to line the pockets of the IOC brass.

the olympics are supposed to be a fun event but it seems more like a huge mess. The seats are empty because the corporations who get them can't bother to show up while the taxpayers can't get them, even if they wan to pay.

The rules to the Olympics are sill. The people who chair all of the committes are grasping over aged has beens who think the sun shines out of their asses.

It would be so much better if the Olympics were either done away with or they return to simplier times & the committee's & Olympic "family" be done away with because most of the money for these events comes from the taxpayers in whatever country they are being held.

His team said he was kicked for missing a required practice. He got bussy instead of going to practice.
