Alabama senior sued for burying his wife in the front yard
Here's one from the News of the Weird department.
An Alabama senior, James Davis, dug his wife so much that he buried her corpse in the front yard.
But now, he's being sued by the Stevenson city council.
According to an Associated Press report, the 73-year-old widower created a grave by the porch because that's what his wife wanted.
Unfortunately for Davis, a county judge ordered the body removed, and the case is before the Alabama Civil Court of Appeals.

what would the city be sueing him for? Maybe the cost of the re-location of his wife..? Seems to me they could just fine him..
kind of like tthe way he North Shore Search and Rescue should be fining all those idiot hikers and out of bounds snowboarders who get themselves lost.
