      BCIT is important to the province's economic development and especially the Premier's Jobs Plan, and BCIT therefore needs to be able to attract qualified and experienced staff and instructors. BCIT staff have been without a contract for over two years and the government continues to drag its heels on providing a mandate for bargaining.

      I believe instructors at BCIT deserve a fair deal. They are working very hard to educate our future generations. If Christy Clark really cares about families in BC she should stop wasting our money on ad's and use to pay for better wages.
