Major changes on chef Chris Moran's spring-summer menu at Trafalgars (2603 West 16th Avenue). Among the numerous newbies, a cornmeal-crusted catfish burger with charred-corn-and-tomato relish ($15) sounds promising for an idle patio lunch. For dinner, we like the thought of citrus-braised pork cheeks with herb dumplings and orange-Cinzano jus ($23).
