Healing with herbs
Travelling this winter? People usually carry a small first-aid kit consisting of things like Band-Aids and Polysporin. But a few simple herbs could come in handy as well, and packing your own herbal first-aid kit is easier than you might think. Bring these items along and you’ll be ready for almost anything.
These suggestions are not meant to take the place of the advice of a medical professional. Nancy Eagles is a chartered herbalist with Inanna Herbal Remedies.
