17th annual Artists in Our Midst show

The 17th annual Artists in Our Midst show is that rare opportunity to peek inside the isolated world of the studio. This West Side art walk kicks off tonight (April 23) at Lord Byng Secondary, where painter Kaya Murray has been working in residency with students. Saturday and Sunday (April 25 and 26) from noon to 6 p.m., 41 of Point Grey, Kitsilano, and Dunbar’s hidden talents—including mixed-media photo-based artist Sally Gooding, expressive painter Pnina Granirer, and raku specialist Richard Tanaka—open their workplaces to the public.
