One-Man Star Wars Trilogy at Performance Works

If you’ve never watched Charles Ross’s solo renditions of epic-scaled movies, well, may the force be with you.

Last year, the Vancouver Fringe Festival brought him to town for One-Man Lord of the Rings; now, to kick off this year’s Fringe Presents series, it offers One-Man Star Wars Trilogy. Yes, that’s right: he’ll single-handedly enact Episodes IV through VI in an hour—complete with all the sound effects. And believe us: watching him giddily re-create all three original films in the sci-fi franchise is akin to a warp-speed X-Wing ride, a feat that will make you feel 11 again.

The show runs Tuesday to next Thursday (February 17 to 19) at Performance Works. Don’t forget your light sabre.
