Fringe Fest 2013: Geek Life's juggling skills can't make up for story
Solo performer Aji Slater is a warmly confident ginger-haired guy, but his script is wonkily organized. His real story is about his passion for circus performance, but he overlays that with some questionable theorizing about the nature of geekdom. Slater’s juggling skills, which provide the most entertaining moments, are okay. That’s not enough to make the performance really pay off.
