Graham Clark has been hosting the weekly (sometimes monthly, sometimes not at all) comedy showcase The Laugh Gallery since his beard was just fledgling whiskers, giving away countless kitschy prizes over his 10-year run at venues around town (it currently calls the Havana Theatre home every Monday night). But a tradition within a tradition is growing.

Clark is hosting the fifth annual New Year’s Eve show, providing a fun and unpretentious alternative to the big night. It takes place at the Cambrian Hall (215 East 17th Avenue) next Tuesday (December 31) and features Clark along with fellow standups Katie Ellen-Humprhies, Alicia Tobin, Jane Stanton, Jeff McEnery, Kyle Bottom, and Adam Pateman. And prizes. Did we mention the prizes? Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and the show starts at 9.
