An anonymous person has brought back three costume pieces that were stolen from Cirque du Soleil's blue-and-yellow tents last weekend.

Late on the night of May 31st, at about 3:30 a.m., a trio of unidentified men broke into the South False Creek complex that's home to Totem and stole items including a necklace, a black, gold-trimmed headpiece, and an ape mask. Police estimated the items were worth $28,000.

Today, the company sent out an announcement that the pieces had been returned, stating simply "Lost. Found. Thank you" and releasing the above celebratory image.

Apes and amphibians are integral to the show's evolutionary themes. It is continuing on the site until July 6.
