The Launch! Festival is the one-stop shop for seeing the stars of tomorrow in dance, theatre, music, and just about every other art form you can think of. Curated by 149 Arts Society, a new nonprofit, this showcase aims to connect young artists, bringing out producers, mentors, scouts, and more players to the multidisciplinary event.

This year’s curated offering happens at SFU Woodward’s in the Goldcorp Centre for the Arts on Friday night (June 20), hosted by recording artist Warren Dean Flandez of Studio Cloud 30 and featuring everyone from edgy dance collective Subscura to Celtic-and-classic songwriter Tegan Wahlgren.
