Beerlesque 1V is a latter-day medicine show in which the cure-all elixir is dispensed in a full spectrum of styles and varieties by 20 local craft breweries, while circus-punk band Blackberry Wood and a clutch of the city’s finest burlesque artists perform. If the season change is making you blue, Nicky Ninedoors, Melody Mangler, and Lola Frost (above) will do their utmost to raise more than just your flagging spirits at this Vancouver Craft Beer Week event, with proceeds going toward programs at the Roundhouse Community Arts and Recreation Centre in Yaletown, where it all happens Friday (October 10).
