Overwhelmed by the offerings of the annual Circle Craft Christmas Market when it runs at the Convention Centre each November? This year you get a bit of breathing room: a preview at the organization’s gallery in the Net Loft building on Granville Island will let you scope out some of the finest gifts and let you plan your attack. It’s a chance to check out the work of Sara Felts’ Vinitha John (whose luxe handmade purses are shown here); the barklike ceramics of Sophia Kim; the multimedia landscapes of Allison and Josh Hill, and more. The gallery preview runs till October 28, while the real deal, with hundreds more artisans on show, takes place November 11 to 16.
