Toronto’s NOW Magazine called it “must-see theatre”, and the subject alone is timely enough to back that up. Annabel Soutar’s The Watershed is part investigative documentary, part cross-Canada family road trip, as it looks at our country’s conflicted relationship to its natural resources—mostly fresh water. Funny, informative, and urgent, it’s coproduced by Productions Porte Parole and Crow’s Theatre, at Richmond’s Gateway Theatre from Thursday (April 6) to April 15.
