Wall Soundscape No. 1 at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre

The Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre’s fountain square on Burrard Street may be thought of as a business plaza, but today (November 1) at 1 p.m., it’s going to be animated by music and dance. Wall composer-in-residence Alfredo Santa Ana and Ballet B.C.’s Emily Molnar are organizing a free, outdoor experimental piece called Wall Soundscape No. 1. Hosted by the Peter Wall Institute for Advanced Studies, the work is aimed at challenging the way audiences interact with performing arts. In case of scheduling changes due to weather, check the PWIAS website.
