Commemorating the fact that ol’ John Fogerty is coming to Abbotsford to perform Cosmo’s Factory in its entirety, here’s Hanoi Rocks’ utterly silly 1984 redo of the CCR classic, “Up Around the Bend”. Or maybe that should be their 1984 hair-do of the CCR classic. In any event, even though it’s as sensible a proposition as a car ride with Vince Neil, we can’t help but love the Finnish glam-bangers ham-fisted take on one of Fogerty’s best, while the video is pretty much worth it for the zip line alone.
