In all honesty, it must said that our 3:01 Pick Me Up is often more of a 3:01 Bring Me Down. Oh, sure, it's usually something that will get your blood pumping, but not all forms of energy are created equally. Fast and angry songs are great, but once in a while, you want to hear someone express a little hope. Positivity. Wonder. And shit like that.

In that spirit, we're taking you back to 1970 for the Five Stairsteps (aka the Stairsteps when there were more than five of them), performing "O-o-h Child" on Soul Train. Well, "performing" is a relative term when it comes to Soul Train, but you get the idea.
