If the rise of the Idle No More movement has made you want to learn more about Canada's colonial history and indigenous rights, a panel discussion set for Tuesday evening (January 22) might just be the ticket.

The free "Idle? Know More!" panel will feature Indigenous Network on Economies and Trade spokesperson Arthur Manuel, UBC professor Glen Coulthard, and Idle No More organizers Darla GoodwinJerilynn Webster, and Khelsilem Rivers as speakers. It'll begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Alice MacKay Room at the Vancouver Public Library's central branch (on Coast Salish territory).

On Facebook, more than 1,000 people have said they plan to attend, so you might just want to stay home and watch the live stream, rather than show up and not get in.
