Vancouver's Katie Stiles wins YouTube Next How-to Guru contest

YouTube has announced the top 15 winners in its Next How-to Guru program. One of them is Vancouver's Katie Stiles.

On her YouTube channel, Before and After TV, Stiles offers tutorials on such topics as makeup and hair secrets, making jam, and more.

For their efforts, Stiles and her fellow winners will each receive a "Google+ workshop series from industry experts and YouTube staff about best practices in developing long-lasting channels on YouTube, $4,000 worth of production equipment, and promotion on YouTube".
