The Georgia Straight presents Phoenix at the Queen Elizabeth

      Live Nation has announced that French indie-rock group Phoenix will play an all-ages show at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre on Thursday, March 28, in support of its upcoming fifth studio album, Bankrupt!

      Active since 1999, Phoenix achieved worldwide mainstream success with 2009's Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix and singles such as "Lisztomania" and "1901". 

      2013 will see the band touring in support of its new album, including a headlining spot at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

      Tickets for the show are priced at $35 and $49.50 and go on sale this Friday (February 8) at 10 a.m. on the Live Nation website.
