The Georgia Straight proudly sponsors Norwegian Spring

Vancouver’s Elektra Women’s Choir presents Norwegian Spring on March 9 at 7:30 p.m. at Ryerson United Church (2195 West 45^th Avenue). Norwegian Spring will feature Elektra Women’s Choir artistic director Morna Edmundson sharing the stage with guest conductor Maria Gamborg Helbekkmo.

Maria Gamborg Helbekkmo created the Voci Nobili women’s choir in Norway and led the group for 20 years. The concert will feature Scandinavian, Canadian, and international repertoire.

Tickets to Norwegian Spring are $15 to $28 and can be purchased online in advance.
