Everyone relax, Ron Jeremy is out of hospital

Ron Jeremy was released from hospital yesterday, telling TMZ that he's ready to walk up a flight of stairs again, among other things.

The 59 year-old star of 1982's classic Open Lips admitted himself to Cedars-Sinai hospital in LA on January 30 with chest pains. Doctors discovered that the Hedgehog, as Jeremy is known to art lovers, was suffering from a dangerous aneurysm near his heart.

After being ambushed yesterday by TMZ's cameras while he sat on a bench with a cheerleader from Cincinnati and some moon-faced guy in a hat, the pale but upbeat actor described his surgeon as a "genius." And when you've worked with people like Tanya Foxx, "Ivory", and Bad Mama Jama, that's not a word you throw around lightly.
