Rodman and Kim Jong-un plan vacation

Dennis Roman has told CNN that he’s planning a vacation with his friend, Kim Jong-un.

In an interview with affiliate KXJB on Monday (March 11), the former NBA champ assured viewers that, “I saw some things over there, man, that, in my life right now, I’ve seen a lot of things in life, and people don’t understand, man—wow! When you go across the world, cultural is good. Cultural is good.”

Calming down for a moment, Rodman added that, “I don’t condone what [Kim] does, but he’s my friend.”

The former NBA champ freaked the shit out of everybody earlier this month when he showed up in Pyongyang as a guest of the North Korean leader, accompanied by a diplomatic detachment from the Harlem Globetrotters.

In February, North Korea angered the international community when it conducted a third nuclear test. Yesterday, it was also reported that Pyongyang has “nullified” the Korean War Armistice Agreement of 1953 in response to new UN and U.S. sanctions.

“No one can expect what will happen next,” wrote state-run newspaper Rodong Sinmun, although most pundits predict that Rodman and Kim will likely shop for an all-inclusive either in Puerto Vallarta or Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula.
