Abbotsford police release "disturbing" video

The Abbotsford Police Department has put out what it calls a "disturbing" video. It's all in an effort to get drivers to keep their eyes on the road.

In the footage from December 10, 2012, a car slams into a pedestrian using a crosswalk, sending him flying. Police say the driver was distracted by her purse, and the victim survived.

The video was released today (March 12) in English and Punjabi.
