Rule like a king in your own Iron Throne

It's no secret that we like Game of Thrones here at the Georgia Straight. And like any fan of Westeros, we'd love to get our chance to sit in the Iron Throne.

Luckily enough, Time Warner Cable is running a contest where one lucky person could win a replica of the Iron Throne, which Aegon the Conqueror had made out of the swords of his fallen enemies.

In advance of the third-season premiere (scheduled for March 31) Time Warner Cable is also hosting special screenings of the premiere on March 21 and 27 in five key markets. If you're fortunate enough to be in New York City, you can also get fast-track access to an exhibition of props and costumes from the series.
