Prince playing four Vancouver shows in April

According to an interview with Dr. Funkenberry.com, Prince's band 3rd Eye Girl have announced a tour of the West Coast this spring. 

(March 22 update: Tickets for the Vancouver dates are now available at NorthernTickets.com. They are "will call" only and are priced at $250 plus taxes and charges.)

In addition to four shows over two days at the Vogue Theatre in Vancouver, the pop superstar will be appearing in six other major West Coast cities playing two shows per night over two nights each. 

Below are the West Coast tour dates:

April 15 and 16: The Vogue, Vancouver, B.C.

April 18 and 19: Showbox, Seattle, Washington

April 23 and 24: DNA Lounge, San Francisco, California

April 26 and 27: The Joint, Las Vegas, Nevada

April 30 and May 1: Marquee Theatre, Tempe, Arizona

May 3 and 4: Hard Rock Hotel. San Diego, California

May 7 and 8: The Grove. Anaheim, California
