It's that time again. Caption the Campaign Photo, er, provincial election time, that is.
This B.C. NDP image shows party leader Adrian Dix at an announcement on film tax credits. Perhaps he's smiling at the thought of all those film industry votes, or just recalling a semi-recent Province cover that had something to do with him kicking a dog.
