Are these the best Justin Trudeau attack ads the Conservatives could come up with?

The Conservatives like to define their opponents before they get a chance to do it themselves. Just look at what they did to former Liberal leaders Michael Ignatieff and Stéphane Dion with their sharp attack ads.

In comparison, however, the Conservatives' initial efforts to define Justin Trudeau seem rather weak (and only slightly entertaining). But there's more than two years until the next federal election. That's plenty of time to make better (and more disgusting) attack ads.

The Harper government is a classless party that tries to appeal to its base. There comes a time when the base should have had their share of the nastiness which this Harper government has shown.Attacking a person because of charity efforts should should cause a back lash against this harper governmentm. If that is not enough then the fees they are now charging to own a fire arm should do it.

My guess is that typical CPC attack ads directed at Justin Trudeau will backfire, big time ... and Trudeau is smart enough to know it. In fact, his attitude seems to be: "Bring it on."

It might come as a surprise to most conservatives, but bullying and name-calling has become quite unpopular in Canada. Those who practice such things are now viewed (accurately) as stupid, cruel and pathetic.

So, "bring it on" Mr. Harper. Show us what you and your cohorts (and supporters) really are.

The Harper government has lost any credibility when they speak against bullying, a sensitive subject in Canada right now. Instead of being leaders on this issue The Harper government behave like bullies themselves with propagating lies and stupid attacks ads. How embarrassing for Canadians to witness.

What are we teaching children about bullying when they see our prime minister, the "leader" of our nation, using bullying tactics like these?
It teaches children that bullying gets results.
We want bullying to be taken seriously. We want bullies to be accountable. But we condone bullying in our politics and elect bullies to our highest office.
So keep up your bullying, kids. One day you could be prime minister!
