Germany's Der Spiegel magazine has reported that the topless women's rights activists from Femen have formed chapters in Berlin and Hamburg.

It's another sign of the antipatriarchal and anticlerical feminst's group's growing popularity in Europe.

The women spray-paint their bodies with slogans before commencing actions, which invariably involve removing their tops in front of the media.

These "sextremists", as they like to call themselves, have been training at a Hamburg boxing club, according to Der Spiegel.

"We want to learn how to fall correctly, how to quickly dodge security people," Irina Khanova told the magazine. "We have to be able to get our message across as long as possible."

The boxing lessons can also help the women fend off attacks from members of the public, which occurred when they disrupted a Paris protest against same-sex marriage.
