Bear sighting in East Vancouver?

It was chilly last night, so this young bear was probably trying to soak up residual heat emanating from a recently parked car when sleep overtook it.

The vehicle's owner still hadn't come by at 10 a.m., and the scores of passersby on Garden Drive (at East Hastings Street) obviously thought the fatigued bruin was better left alone.

Or maybe its last name is Lucic.
