Video: Ryan Reaves slugs Zack Kassian over the linesman

      It was a wild one last night at Rogers Arena as the Canucks came from behind then blew a big lead before defeating St. Louis Blues 6-5 in the shootout.

      But one of the most memorable events of the game came after the whistle was blown early in the second period.

      Blues tough guy Ryan Reaves was trying to restrain Canucks forward Zack Kassian.

      Naturally, Kassian objected and was ready to fight but the linesmen intervened.

      Reaves took advantage of the situation to punch Kassian under his eye when Kassian couldn't respond.

      You can see it in the video above at 1:17.

      Each was given a two-minute minor for roughing and a 10-minute misconduct.

      They continued chirping at one another in the penalty box for the next few minutes.
