The Georgia Straight proudly sponsors Chick Corea and Herbie Hancock

Chick Corea and Herbie Hancock will play a sold-out concert at UBC’s Chan Centre for the Performing Arts on Sunday (March 15).

The historic appearance marks the jazz duo’s first tour together in 37 years. Their last joint performance in Vancouver dates back to 1978.

This concert will offer up some fresh and free-flowing improvisation interspersed with moments reminiscing on familiar tunes.
