Watch a bear take a Meals on Wheels approach to dumpster diving

Some bears are happy eating Doritos from German tourists. Others make a pain in the ass of themselves toppling over garbage cans in North Vancouver.

And then there are bears that are clearly smarter than the average bear. Take, for example, this specimen in the video below, caught on camera in behind the Edelweiss restaurant in Colorado Springs.

Forget taking the dine-and-dash approach, this bear is obviously more a Meals on Wheels kind of animal. It was last seen pushing the dumpster through the forest, undeterred by stumps, rocks, fallen logs, and Park Ranger Smith.
